This coffee is just awesome! I really enjoy having it delivered and getting 30-40 days worth of cold brew. However, the packaging could use some work; the spigot often gets jammed and makes it hard to stop the coffee from flowing. This results in some spills, which isn't great.

I really want to give feedback on the product, but I placed my order on June 6th and it’s still not here. I contacted customer service and they mentioned there’s an issue with my address (I gave them both a PO Box and a physical address). They use USPS for shipping, so I’m puzzled as to why neither address worked, and why I had to reach out to discover there was a hiccup... I’ll provide an update once I finally receive the item.

This was my initial purchase, and I'm not too certain if I'll be placing another one. The coffee was just okay, nothing special to rave about. It took longer than I thought it would, and it was warm when it finally arrived. Living in Las Vegas, it’s pretty hot, but they claim it should come chilled. I really wish there was better info on how to mix the coffee; I had to dig around the site to find it. They should either print it on the bag or set up a FAQ section on the website. It's a solid concept, but it definitely needs some tweaks.

I just wrapped up my first box and I'm really into it. The flavor is fantastic and it’s a total game changer. My boyfriend is all about iced coffee and used to hit up coffee shops every morning. This is a solid alternative, and he claims he won't revert to his old habits.
I truly appreciated the eco-friendly packaging it arrived in; it makes me feel good about getting a subscription every month! They promise quality and will send a new box if the coffee doesn’t arrive cold. I wholeheartedly endorse this company; I’m all in!

This coffee is pretty solid, but let me tell ya, the customer service is top-notch. I ran into a little hiccup with my pouch having a faulty spout. They sent me a brand new shipment to fix the issue, and the second one has been great. The price might look a bit steep at first, but when you break it down, it’s actually quite reasonable, and the way it’s packaged makes the shipping costs clear. It’s so well insulated that the pouch was still cold after four days in transit. The only reason I won’t be getting this again is because of the chunks or bits that seem to be either coffee beans or chocolate. The flavor is nice, but honestly, the unexpected texture kinda threw me for a loop.

Plus, I was really impressed with how green the packaging was... biodegradable foam and ice packs? That’s awesome! And I got to reuse those ice packs all summer to keep our cooler nice and chilly.

The cold brew tasted sour and harsh. It ought to be dark, robust, silky, and not so sharp if made cold and slow.

I’m usually quite particular about my coffee. I prefer it a certain way, but I was really blown away by the coffee from Cold Brew Club. It’s super easy to just pour out some of the concentrate and add my own stuff (I go for almond milk and ice!), and it truly surpassed what I was expecting in terms of taste.

The only downside is that I’ve left it in the fridge where my family can get to it... and now they’re all into it too!

I’m definitely gonna have to stock up. We’re loving it at home!
